I’ve been teaching group fitness training for many years and absolutely love it! It is the perfect way to get in shape, switch up your workout class, and be a part of a fitness community that will cheer you on every step of the way.

How I Got Started With Group Fitness Programs

Fitness has been a huge part of my life forever!

I’ve always loved getting out and moving. I’ve done dance, cheerleading, track, long-distance running, belly dancing, and even took karate when I was little (which was a huge reason why I decided to become a kickboxing instructor!).

But once I moved away from home, I found my love for group workout programs. I really loved taking a cross-training fitness class at my local gym. It was so exciting to be a part of a group experience with other people working out alongside me!

Then, I moved in 2017. I was trying out different gyms and ended up getting certified as a fitness class and kickboxing instructor! I absolutely loved the sharp, strong movements of kickboxing and how it can make you feel strong and powerful.

Virtual Group Workout Classes

Online workout classes are such a great option to stay in shape from the comfort of your own home.

When COVID shut everything down, some colleagues of mine asked me to start teaching a fitness class online. I started to stream workouts two times a day to anyone who needed it. Not only did this keep me accountable and help others, but it also led me to start my own group fitness program!

The best part about a fitness class online is that it is flexible. You can access all types of workouts at any time, in your own personal space! One of the benefits of my group coaching program is that there are always replays available in the “vault” in case you can’t make the live workouts.
